Please note SOKOT currently only accepts domestic orders. We are working hard to expand to international shipping. Sign up to our newsletter to get updates. 

Domestic Shipping
At SOKOT, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless from the moment you place an order to the time it arrives to you. Below are the details of our domestic shipping policy:

Shipping Methods
  • Carrier: We currently ship all orders via USPS.

Shipping Rates
  • Flat Rate Shipping: All orders will be charged a $10 flat rate. We hope to provide a free shipping option soon.

Order Processing Time
  • Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1-5 business days.

Order Tracking
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Responsibility for Lost Packages
  • Lost Packages: Sokot is not responsible for lost packages. Customers are advised to reach out to their local USPS carrier for assistance with lost packages.





RETURNS / EXCHANGE PROCESS


SOKOT accepts returns and exchanges for items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Return / Exchange Process
  1. Initiate a Return / Exchange: To start the process, please email us at wearsokot@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Order” or “Exchange Order”.
  2. Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Fees and Charges
  • Restocking Fee: A $10 restocking fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges. Return labels are provided for this fee.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
  • Processing Time: Returns take 2-3 business days to process once the items are received. Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial institutions.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Final Sale Items
  • Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made.
